Wanted to get cufflinks with our village crest. Nothing pre-made so found cufflink man. They were very helpful in guiding me on the best option. I supplied the picture and very pleased with the result! Highly recommended.

Bought wedding cuflinks for a reasonable amount and they look very expensive, engraving was excellent and the font the engraving was in was perfect, i would definately buy from them again, and i will certainly recommend them to my friends.
Whilst the actual cufflinks are really lovely. I was disappointed in the engraved box I paid extra for. The engraving is rather small and very difficult to read.
Not worth the extra ten pounds I spent to mark our wedding anniversary.

Unforutnately, we are struggling to see anything because of the reflection of the flash on the box. Please would you email a photograph to us so we can see the issue for ourselves?
This was a very nice product. The tie pin which was engraved and personalised is lovely. I also very much liked the cufflink box which the tie pin came in. The engraving was perfect. The delivery was prompt. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for the excellent service.

Hello. Everything went fine with the purchase, but had difficulties with the customs in my Country (Portugal).
Gave the order to customs to return the order to you. I sent an email, warning you about that, never had an answer, or the refund of the returned order.

You were importing items from outside the EU and, therefore, as per our Packaging and Delivery Policy: https://www.cufflinkman.co.uk/pages/packaging-delivery your order was not charged UK VAT at 20% but you do have to pay Portuguese IVA at the correct rate plus an administration fee charged by your local postal service. This has been the case on all imports into the EU since 1 January 2022.
