Yes, we do for most products. Any products with it available will have it available as an option on the product page – just select what you would like from the available gifting options.

Many of our cufflinks can be personalised using engraving or images but not all. Please visit the personalised cufflinks section to view our hundreds of cufflinks designs that can be engraved or customised.

We call this ‘Processing Time’. We list processing times on each product as they vary depending on whether they are engraved or acrylic capped (e.g. embedded photo) and the level of image processing is required.

A single item is usually completed within 24 hours of the order being placed for engraved and 72 hours for acrylic capped (Drying time required). For larger quantities, peak times (e.g. Christmas) or where significant image processing is required, we may need longer.

We recommend calling us before ordering!

If you order before 10.30am we will do our best to get the order engraved and dispatched on the same day.

However, this is not guaranteed as we usually require 24 hours to produce engraved items 72 hours for acrylic capped image cufflinks (Due to curing time).

If you select “Next Business Day” shipping, then they will be dispatched using that service, as soon as the order is engraved.

For engraving, we cannot engrave from a photo. The image you provide needs to be a graphic or a logo and preferably in flat colours (Ideally black and white) and without shading or relief or highlights.

We do offer excellent acrylic capped cufflinks for those that would like a photo or image with colour and/or shading.

We recommend an absolute minimum of 1000px x 1000px, ideally 2000 x 2000 pixels – to give the sharpest possible outcome. We can sometimes work with smaller images but only if the image quality is high and the design relatively simple.

If you happen to have vector graphics that would be perfect!

Yes you can to many of our designs but some materials work better than others and it can depend on the complexity of the logo.

How much you can customise your cufflinks will depend on the size of the cufflinks, the design, the material and how much text you would like engraving.

Let us know your idea and we’ll be happy to help to make it a reality. We may charge a setup fee for importing and configuring logos into our software and scaling it onto the cufflinks if you are looking for an engraving option - it largely depends on the image provided.

Yes, you can we offer font options on most of personalised cufflink designs. If your selected cufflinks do not have this option but you would like an alternative font, then please get in touch before ordering and we will help if at all possible.

We maximise the text size but the more characters (including spaces) you use, the smaller the text will be. 

We allow as many characters per line as possible but this does leave text quite small if all the characters are used so we recommend trying to keep things as succinct as possible.

Characters include letters, numbers, punctuation and spaces. 13 letters + two spaces = 15 characters.

Sometimes we can. We can engrave most common accented letters but some are not recognised by our software. If you would like to check this with us, then please do contact us so we can advise you.

Yes, 10 pairs of cufflinks or 10 lapel pins. This is due to the tooling and labour costs for bespoke items. Whilst we can sometimes make less, the price per piece will be significantly. higher to take account of those costs as they don’t change with the quantity ordered.

Conversely, unit costs can decrease significantly for large quantities. The discount vaires both by order size and the chosen type of design

For fully bespoke, the lead time is 4-6 weeks. These offer:

• Quality rhodium, silver or gold plating.
• Coloured enamel inlays as required.
• A choice of reverse clasps (E.g. Bullet, chain link, whale tail).
• Reverse clasp engraving where appropriate.
• A complimentary cufflink case.

 For acrylic dome cufflinks, the lead time is approximately one week. These offer:

• Square, rectangular & round shapes.
• Silver coated rhodium plate finish.
• A complimentary cufflink case.
• Competitive pricing that is popular with schools & clubs

Fully bespoke cufflinks can be made to any size and shape as we stamp out the metal blanks. However, we recommend no bigger than 20-25mm on the longest dimension.

For acrylic capped cufflinks:

• Round; 20mm diameter
• Square: 17x17mm
• Rectangular: 20mm x 10mm (Landscape or portrait orientation)

Yes.

For fully bespoke we can either have them coloured & filled with enamel or left deeply engraved and plated. The enamel can also be coated with a clear, raised smooth surface if required. Once the metal is stamped into shape, it is deep engraved to make ‘cells’ into which the enamel is placed and this is then fired before it goes to finishing. This does mean that the colours are separated by a metal line and, therefore, this is only suitable for logos/images with flat colours.

Acrylic capped cufflinks are fully coloured.

Of course! Please see our bespoke product listings for example finishes and styles. If you have something particular in mind, we can also send relevant photos of other commissioned work (We often pay for and keep an additional reference sample for ourselves).

Don't worry! We don't include paper invoices with any orders. We send them via email to the purchaser (Yourself) to save on unnecessary paperwork.

Typically 2 to 3 days from dispatch for UK orders, 7-10 for international shipping.

We normally dispatch non-personalised orders received before midday Mon-Fri on the same day (excludes bank holidays). Personalised cufflinks are normally dispatched in 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri) but some take a little longer because of how they are made, please read the product description for details of estimated processing times on these items.

We offer express shipping options to UK destinations. But the express applies only to the shipping, we still need the required processing time (e.g. embedded photo cufflinks need 72 hours drying time).

In the unlikely event that your order has gone missing in the post, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

We process orders quickly because our customers appreciate our quick dispatch and delivery times. We can process orders as early as 6am (U.K times) up to late into the evening. We also process some orders on weekends. If your order has already been processed and the order is personalised or engraved cufflinks then regrettably we cannot cancel your order but may be able to refund any shipping costs if it hasn’t been collected by the delivery company.

If you wish to try and cancel your order we advise you to try as soon as possible by emailing us or calling us (If it is out of hours then you should email us). We will try our best to retrieve your order before it has been engraved but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this on every occasion.
