Shipping & Delivery

We offer same day shipping if you order before midday (Orders placed after midday Friday will be dispatched Monday) for non-personalised products.

We aim to engrave and dispatch personalised products within 2-3 working days (We are normally able to dispatch sooner than this). Bespoke products can have a significantly longer lead time and these are stated on the product listings.

If you spend £50 (After discounts) UK delivery is free.

We offer upgraded Express delivery options to the UK, please see our Packaging & Delivery page for full details and limitations.

Typically 2 to 3 days from dispatch for UK orders, 7-10 for international shipping.

We normally dispatch non-personalised orders received before midday Mon-Fri on the same day (excludes bank holidays). Personalised cufflinks are normally dispatched in 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri) but some take a little longer because of how they are made – please read the product description for details of dispatch times on these items.

We are based in the UK and ship pretty much worldwide.

International orders are dispatched with DHL and are delivered on an express tracked service.

We offer a UK express delivery service on most products (Including personalised). Next day delivery options are available at checkout for these products - order before midday Monday-Friday and we'll ship it same day
for delivery next day guaranteed (Mon-Sat).

Cufflink Personalisation & Gifts

Yes, we do for most products. Any products with it available will have it available as an option on the product page – just select what you would like from the available gifting options.

Don't worry! We don't include paper invoices with any orders. We send them via email to the purchaser (Yourself) to save on unnecessary paperwork.

Many of our cufflinks can be personalised but not all. Please visit the personalised cufflinks section to view our hundreds of cufflinks designs that can be engraved or customised.

Yes you can to many of our designs but some materials work better than others and it can depend on the complexity of the logo.

How much you can customise your cufflinks will depend on the size of the cufflinks, the design, the material and how much text you would like engraving.

Let us know your idea and we’ll be happy to help to make it a reality. We may charge a setup fee for importing and configuring logos into our software and scaling it onto the cufflinks.

We will engrave whatever you request on your cufflinks within the specified character limit. The more text that you choose the smaller it will appear. We adjust the size depending on the number characters and normally center the text if that is part of the cufflinks design. But if you'd like some help it is no problem, please contact us to discuss your cufflink ideas.

Yes, you can we offer font options on most of personalised cufflink designs. If your selected cufflinks do not have this option but you would like an alternative font, then please get in touch before ordering and we will help if at all possible.

Sometimes we can. We can engrave most common accented letters but some are not recognised by our software. If you would like to check this with us, then please do contact us so we can advise you.

Problems, Cancellations & Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

In the unlikely case that you are unhappy with your order please get in touch and we will try our best to find a solution to the issue.

We process orders quickly because our customers appreciate our quick dispatch and delivery times. We can process orders as early as 6am (U.K times) up to late into the evening. We also process some orders on weekends. If your order has already been processed and the order is personalised or engraved cufflinks then regrettably we cannot cancel your order but may be able to refund any shipping costs if it hasn’t been collected by the delivery company.

If you wish to try and cancel your order we advise you to try as soon as possible by emailing us or calling us (If it is out of hours then you should email us). We will try our best to retrieve your order before it has been engraved but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this on every occasion.

Please contact us as soon as you can. Please identify your order and provide a brief description of the problem so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

No problem at all! We are available to take calls Mon-Fri between 9am and 4pm (UK time). Outside of these hours you can reach us by email or leave a voice message which we will reply to on the next working day.
