You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an acknowledgement email detailing the Goods that you have ordered, a payment reference and the value of your order which will be debited from your credit/debit card. Unless we have notified you that we are not able to accept your order, or you have canceled your order in accordance with the Cancellation and Returns Procedures set out below; our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us, will take place at the time and date that we notify you by e-mail informing you we have dispatched the Goods ordered by you.
The deemed time and date of receipt by you, shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons beyond our control, you have not received that email. Every effort is made to ensure that your order is dispatched by the next working day (Mon-Fri) of receipt of the order (subject to events that are beyond our reasonable control) and when payment has been cleared. You will be sent an invoice/receipt with the goods ordered.
If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement we will contact you by email to advise you of this as soon as possible. You will be given a full refund of what you have paid in relation to any such non-fulfilled order.

Delivery:
Please bear in mind your purchase won't necessarily fit through a standard letter box. Please make sure there is a safe place your parcel can be left should you not be there to receive it. You can leave instructions in our customer comments section. Alternatively, you can choose a different delivery address when you go through the checkout. This is helpful should you wish it to be delivered to a work place or for your purchase to go direct to someone as a gift. Please make sure all addresses are entered correctly as this causes unnecessary delays.

Whilst we will do everything we possibly can to get the parcels to you within the timescales we take no responsibility for such delays beyond our control.

Damaged Goods: You should inspect the Goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, you need to contact us within 2 working days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
We will send you a replacement pair as soon as possible or issue you a full refund, including the original postage paid and postage of sending the items back (if a receipt is enclosed), on all ‘faulty' or ‘incorrectly supplied' items. All returns must be notified in writing and accepted by us before they are sent back, please raise a ticket request at the Contact Us page. Wrap the items securely in their original packaging where possible and affix our ‘Returns Label'. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by 'insured registered delivery'. Please obtain ‘Proof of Postage Certificate' from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us and will only issue a refund for the goods once they are in our possession.. We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged Goods.
