Delivery Policy:

Please bear in mind your purchase won't necessarily fit through a standard letter box. Please make sure there is a safe place your parcel can be left should you not be there to receive it. You can leave instructions in our customer comments section. 
Alternatively, you can choose a different delivery address when you go through the checkout. This is helpful should you wish it to be delivered to a work place or for your purchase to go direct to someone as a gift. Please make sure all addresses are entered correctly as this causes unnecessary delays.

Please note: unless asked otherwise the invoice will be sent with the purchase.


Mainland UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey  

All deliveries are made by Royal Mail.
The time of delivery will vary depending on the delivery times in your area.

Royal Mail Standard Delivery £2.49, Royal Mail 1st Class £2.99

Goods where possible will be dispatched by the following working day (mon-fri) - delivery times do vary; usually from 1- 3 working days from dispatch, however this service is not guaranteed and can sometimes take longer with delays caused by Royal Mail. Whilst we will do everything we possibly can to get the parcels to you within the timescales, we take no responsibility for such delays that are beyond our control. 

A signature may be required, please check your dispatch email for details. If no one can sign for the parcel a ‘while you were out' card will be left by Royal Mail where you can collect it from your local delivery office. Please check your mail carefully as this can be easily mistaken for junk mail.
If you need a purchase by a specific date to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend our Special Next Day (Mon-Fri) Delivery Service.

Special Next Day (Mon-Fri) Delivery* £8.99 or 48 Hr Delivery (Mon-Fri) £5.99 - on orders by 3pm.
Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday and orders placed after 3pm Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
A signature will be required for this delivery option. If no one can sign for the parcel a ‘while you were out' card will be left by Royal Mail where you can collect it from your local delivery office. Please check your mail carefully as this can be easily mistaken for junk mail.

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for any delay in delivery caused by third parties (including Royal Mail or any mailing or courier  companies) that we may use to deliver your order.

Returns Policy:

Non Faulty Goods

We really want you to be happy with your chosen products, and we do understand that sometimes you may just change your mind or that it is just not suitable for yourself or the person you are buying for.

You can return your products for an exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and gift wrapping) within 14 days of receipt, on the condition that the goods are returned to us in their original presentation boxes, unused and returned to us in the same condition they were received. 

Wrap the items securely in their original packaging where possible and affix our ‘Returns Label'. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by 'insured registered delivery'. Please obtain ‘Proof of Postage Certificate' from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us and will only issue a refund for the goods once they are in our possession..

We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged Goods. Return postage for Goods returned for any other reason shall be solely at your cost.

Faulty Goods

You should inspect the Goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, you need to contact us within 2 working days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

We will send you a replacement pair as soon as possible or issue you a full refund, including the original postage paid and postage of sending the items back (if a receipt is enclosed), on all ‘faulty’ or ‘incorrectly supplied’ items.

Please use the contact us form and raise a ticket to advise your return and achieve authorisation.

Receiving your Refund

We will contact you by email when your refund has been processed.

All refunds will be paid with receipt of the goods and within 30 days, or where applicable replacement Goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible, with no further costs to you.

Customers are required to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in their possession.
We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to Goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address.
